摘要 斜拉桥属高次超静定结构,施工过程复杂,索力的施工控制与成桥状态具有相关性。索力的施工控制是将设计理论状态转变成实体受力的过程,是斜拉施工过程中最关键的控制技术之一,其主要目的是为了保证施工过程中结构的安全可靠,主桥线形合理、顺利合龙及成桥后结构内力合理。尤其是悬臂施工的斜拉桥,在施工过程中受到温度、收缩、徐变等因素的影响,使成桥后桥梁线形和内力的可调范围都比较小,因此需要对斜拉桥索力施工进行严格控制,以保证实现桥梁设计状态。以东合大桥为施工背景,浅谈斜拉桥索力分析及控制技术。 The cable-stayed bridge is a structure with high degrees of static indeterminacy, which con-struction process is complex. Construction control of cable tension has relations with the design objective. Construction control of cable tension is a process that made the bridge design theory into real stress objec-tive, which is one of the key technologies in cable-stayed construction process. The purpose of which is to ensure the safety and reliability of structure during construction, a desirable shape of the main girder, a smooth closure of the bridge and reasonable internal forces in the completed bridge. Especially the cable-stayed bridge constructed by cantilever casting, the construction is affected by various factors such as tem- perature change, shrinkage and creep, the adjustable range of the internal forces and bridge shape after closure is narrow. Therefore a rigorous control of the cable force by cable-stayed bridge construction is indispensable in order to guarantee the achievement of the design objective. Based on the Donghe Bridge in Baise City, the cable force and the control technology of cable-stayed bridge are discussed.
