局部肾素-血管紧张素系统稳态失衡与急性肺损伤 被引量:11

摘要 肺组织存在局部的肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS),ACE-AngⅡ-AT1轴和ACE2-Ang(1~7)-Mas轴作为RAS的两条核心轴,其调节失衡与急性肺损伤(ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发病机制相关。ACE-AngⅡ-AT1轴能够促进炎症反应、组织水肿和纤维化,对ALI/ARDS的发生发展起推动作用,而ACE2-Ang(1~7)-Mas轴具有负向调控RAS活性的作用,对ALI/ARDS发挥保护作用。因此,下调或阻断ACE轴、上调或激动ACE2轴将会为治疗ALI/ARDS提供新的可能。
