E3泛素连接酶CUL4A在肿瘤发生发展中的作用及机制

摘要 泛素化修饰在肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要作用,其中E3泛素连接酶Cullin 4A(CUL4A)能够通过与DDB1相结合而泛素化多种底物,介导其降解。目前,已经证实在多种肿瘤中均有CUL4A基因的异常表达。本文将总结有关CUL4A在人类恶性肿瘤中的相关作用及分子机制,并讨论将其作为防治肿瘤新靶点的研究进展,为进一步开展CUL4A在肿瘤发生中的研究提供参考。
