基于LS-DYNA的城轨列车碰撞分析 被引量:2

Impact analysis of urban rail vehicles using LS-DYNA

摘要 应用Hypermesh软件,建立国内某六节编组B型城轨列车两列车对撞的有限元模型,将其导入LS-DYNA进行碰撞计算,分析整列车在碰撞时车体头部的塑性变形程度及各部分的能量吸收情况,继而分析车钩纵向力、加速度等参数的变化规律。结果表明,该车型在25km/h碰撞工况下满足EN 15227标准规定的碰撞要求。 In this article, a finite element impact model of two type B vehicles which were marshaled by six car bodies was established. Then this model was imported into LS - DYNA to carry out impact calculation. The plastic deformation of the head of car body and en- ergy absorption by each section were analysed, then the change rule of longitudinal force of coupling and acceleration were also anal- ysed. The result showed that this vehicle satisfied the requirements of impact provided by standard EN 15227 under the impact working conditions of 25km/h.
