摘要
科技的系统化发展必然导致科研主体的团队化要求,科研团队的不断涌现也带来了多重问题。结合高校科研团队建设和管理的实际,提出建设理想的科研团队体系的框架和要素,并从团队整体考核和团队个人考核两个方面对其考核体系进行了相关论述。
The systematic development of the science and technology inevitably leads to the need of research team formation. The con- tinuous emergence of the research team also brought multiple problems. Based on the actual construction and management of the univer- sity research team, this article proposes the framework and elements of the building of an ideal research team and discusses its evalua- tion system from the perspectives of the overall assessment and personal assessment.
