摘要
分析了我国森林经营发展历史与面临形势;指出科学经营森林需统筹兼顾,分类经营,突出重点;实行营林造林产业化是深化森林经营机制改革的重点;实施国家扶持林业经济政策是实现森林可持续经营的关键;建立林业生态、产业体系是实现我国森林可持续经营的重要措施。
The author analyzed development history and faced situation of Chinese forest management; and pointed out that scientific forest management should be balanced and classified management, and given prominence to the key; industrialization for forest afforestation ＆ management was the key of forest management mechanism deepened reform; implementation of nation supporting policy about forestry economy is the key to realize forest sustainable management; and to establish forestry ecological and industrial systems was the important measure to realize forest sustainable management in China.
