硅藻土静态吸附牛尿废水中磷的试验研究

摘要 [目的]有效去除养牛场牛尿废水中的磷,并将其回收利用,降低后续污水处理的负荷。[方法]以硅藻土作为吸附材料,采用静态吸附法考察了硅藻土对牛尿废水中总磷的吸附效果及影响因素,并对其吸附等温曲线进行了研究。[结果]磷静态吸附的最佳工艺条件为:处理50 ml总磷浓度为45.67 mg/L的牛尿废水,当吸附剂用量为3.0 g,牛尿废水pH为7.0,吸附时间为6 h,温度为30℃时,吸附后总磷浓度可降至9.86 mg/L,去除率可达78.41%。Freundlich吸附等温方程比Langmuir吸附等温方程能更好地描述磷在硅藻土上的吸附行为。[结论]硅藻土吸附牛尿废水中磷的研究为畜禽养殖污水处理提供了新的思路,提高了硅藻土作为农业化肥的应用潜力,在废物回收(用作肥料)方面具有很好的发展前景。 [Objective] The study aimed to remove the phosphorus in bovine urine wastewater effectively,take its recycling and reduce the load of the follow-up sewage disposal.[Method] Choosing the diatomite as the adsorption material,the adsorption effects and the influence factors of diatomite by static adsorption method were analyzed,and the adsorption isothermal curves were studied.[Result] The results showed that the best adsorption condition was that taking 50 ml bovine urine wastewater with TP contont of 45.67 mg/L,when the diatomite dosage was 3.0 g,the pH was 7.0,the adsorption time was 6 h,the temperature was 30 ℃,TP concentration could be reduced to 9.86 mg/L and total phosphorus removal rate could be reached 78.41%.Freundlich equation was better than Langmuir equation in describing the behavior of adsorption phosphorus on diatomite.[Conclusion] It provides a new train of thought for livestock and poultry breeding wastewater treatment research.Using diatomite to adsorb phosphorus could improve application potentiality of diatomite as agricultural fertilizer,and has a good development prospect in the recovery of waste(used as fertilizer).
