摘要
中国(青海)国际清真食品及用品展览会的举办是反映民族地区经济发展的重要标志。以青海省近5年来连续举办的清真食品节为研究对象,从现状、发展优势入手,分析青海省清真食品在向省外其他地区推介过程中所遇到的瓶颈问题,并提出相应的对策分析。
The exhibition of China(Qinghai) International Muslim Food and Supplies is an important symbol for reflecting economic development in ethnic region.With Muslim food festival continuously hold in recent 5 years in Qinghai as example,starting from status,development advantages,the bottleneck problems in Muslim food promotion course were analyzed,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
