云南典型生态产区烟叶有机酸含量分析

Analysis on Organic Acids Content in Tobacco in Yunnan Typical Ecological Area

[目的]研究测定云南典型生态产区烟叶、典型烟叶品种的有机酸含量。[方法]应用相关性分析、单因素方差分析等统计分析了云南典型生态产区烟叶中有机酸含量。[结果]试验得出,云南典型生态产区烟叶中部分有机酸之间存在显著相关性;不同典型生态产区烟叶有机酸含量存在显著性差异;不同品种烟叶部分有机酸含量存在显著性差异;生态环境对烟叶有机酸含量影响大于品种。[结论]研究可为烟叶原料的合理使用提供参考。

[Objective] To determine organic acid content in tobacco in Yunnan typical ecological area.[Method] By using relevant analysis,single-factor variance analysis,the statistical analysis was conducted on determination of organic acid content in Yunnan typical ecological area.[Result] The results showed that between some of organic acids,there was significant correlation;the existence of significant differences in the organic acids was between different typical ecological areas;the existence of significant differences in the organic acids was between different tobacco varieties;and the ecological environment impact of the organic acid content of tobacco is greater than the varieties.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for reasonable utilization of tobacco raw material.
