摘要
随着自动化蚕台的推广应用,传统的定量喷药消毒方式已不能满足生产需求;为解决定量喷粉消毒方式药物浪费严重、环境污染及工效低等问题,在原有喷粉机的基础上,以单片机为核心,开发了一款电动式变量喷粉控制系统。该装置能根据蚕台平移速度等因素调节喷粉量,实现变量喷药,有效提高消毒药剂的利用率。经实际应用证明,该电动变量喷粉装置喷粉精度达到94%,操作方便,性能稳定。
With the increasing popularity of the sericulture machine,the traditional spray disinfection device is unable to meet the demand of production.To solve the problem of serious environmental pollution and waste drugs low efficiency in quantitative powder spraying disinfection way,a new dynamic variable powder injection control system was developed.Its in the original powder spraying machine based on the single-chip microcomputer as the core.It can adjust powder injection quantity according to the silkworm rearing shelf translation factors such as speed,realize variable spray,effectively improve the utilization ratio of disinfectants.The practical application shows that the precision up to 94%,easy operation and stable performance.
