摘要
人口与资源、环境、社会、经济协调发展,是可持续发展的基本要求和重要体现。众所周知,随着北京人口规模的不断扩大,人口与资源、环境的关系进一步紧张,由此,人口与资源、环境之间的协调性研究成为学界研究的重点之一,本文通过构建人口与资源环境指标体系,采用改进的TOPSIS方法对2000-2010年北京市的人口与资源环境协调程度进行分析,结果表明:北京市人口与资源环境总体上处于濒临失调和勉强协调水平,但协调程度呈现不断好转的趋势。
The coordination of population, resources and environment is the basic requirements and an important manifestation of sustainable development. With the expending population size, the relationship between them is getting further intense. Thus, the coordination of population and resources and environment becomes one of the key academic researches. This paper establishes the system of population, resources and environmental indicators at first, and using the improved TOPSIS method to estimate the degree of coordination of population, resources and environment from the year 2000 to 2010. The results show that the two systems are in the verge of disorder and barely coordination level, however, the trend is good.
