摘要 以工艺包为基础,讨论了GE水煤浆气化工艺改进措施,主要包括:气化炉增加专用氮气缓冲罐;激冷水系统采用两个独立的变频泵代替流量调节阀;煤浆输送系统增加煤浆转移泵;高压闪蒸系统增加一条旁路和1台闪蒸分离器;增加气化炉的开工黑水排放至碳洗塔的管线;除氧器放空系统增加回收装置等。同时探讨了这些改进措施对工艺的影响,以供相关厂家参考。 Some nitrogen buffer drum co improvements of the GE slurry gasification technology were introduced, which included: dedicated nfiguration; two-separated pumping service instead of the black water control valves; slurry transfer pump; double trains of gas-liquid separator for the HP flash drum; adding a black water pipeline from the quench cham- ber to the scrubber and also a recovery device for the deaerator. The impact of these improvements to the process was also discussed, and that could serve as a reference for the construction and operation of other similar plants.
