WSA制酸系统生产运行中出现的问题及解决措施

摘要 分析了重庆钢铁股份公司焦化厂WSA制酸系统生产运行中出现的主要问题:SO2转化器腐蚀穿漏、焚烧炉系统火焰检测器熄火信号频繁出现、酸气切入前过程气温度达不到要求和酸气管道频繁堵塞等;提出了解决的方法:严格控制进入SO2转化器的蒸汽温度、改变火焰检测信号联锁输出时间、采用双酸气管道、按保温规范保温等,以供国内焦化行业的WSA制酸系统稳定运行参考。 The main problems that occurred to the WSA acid making system of the coking plant of the Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., after being put into operation, can be boiled down to the following: serious corrosion of the SO2 converter (being so serious that it was worn out); frequent Occurrence of the flame out signal of the flame detector of the incinerator system; the temperature of the process gas before cutting in the acidic gas could not meet the requirement; frequent blockage of the acidic gas pipeline, etc. The countermeasures put forward were as follows: changing the interlock output time of the flame detecting signal to solve the flame out problem; adopting double acidic gas pipes; applying heat insulation according to relevant specifications. This paper could serve as a reference for the stable operation of the WSA acid making system in the domestic coking industry
