摘要
面对中、日、韩三国的FTA与TPP进程,不仅仅日本和韩国认为这是两难问题,FTA进程中存在的分歧有目共睹。在这样的背景下,中国应该以怎样的态度面对TPP?要怎样才能使中国在TPP的挑战和机遇中找到合适的定位?面对TPP中国发展时应该慎重思考。在三国FTA推进的同时,中国还要考虑更全面的大局战略。应该密切关注TPP的发展势头,及时调整方针政策并作出反应,争取掌握区域合作时的话语权。
Facing the process of the FTA and TPP among China,Japan and South Korea,not only Japan and South Korea think it＇s a dilemma,but also everyone can see the disagreements between the three countries.In this context,what kind of attitude should China take towards TPP？ How can China do properly in the challenges and opportunities？ China should think carefully about TPP.Along with the process of FTA of the three countries,China should also consider a more comprehensive strategy of the overall situation.It should pay close attention to the TPP＇s tendency,and adjustment the policies in time,and try to get the right to speak in the regional cooperation.
