我国民营企业财务管理模式及选择研究

本文首先介绍了财务管理的典型模式以及我国民营企业财务管理模式的两大类型,集中型和混合型。进而在此基础上,分析我国民营企业财务管理模式选择中存在的问题,主要包括财务观念落后、家族制的影响长期存在、模式转化不能紧跟企业发展步伐。最后,提出了优化民营企业财务管理模式选择的建议。

This paper firstly introduced these classic financial management models,and two types of appliance in financial management of Chinese private economy.Then it analyzed several problems happened when Chinese private economy is choosing its financial management,such as the concept of financial management was out of time;the clan fore had a serious effect on financial activities;the improvement in financial management couldn＇t come up with the growth of business.Finally,it gave suggestions to advance the model choosing of Chinese private economy.
