简析知识产权保护水平对中国风险投资发展的影响

风险投资从本质上来说,是风险投资机构为了获取高新技术产业因技术研发等原因所带来的垄断前景,并且凭借这一垄断市场的前景获得几倍于投资额的利润而展开的投资活动。对知识产权进行保护正是对这一垄断前景的维护,由此可见知识产权保护水平对于风险投资的资本规模以及投资能否成功都具有重要意义。本文以风险投资规模、我国的知识产权保护水平为研究对象,通过实证研究分析两者之间的关系。
