A Research into Teacher Stress in Foreign Countries

教师职业压力是当前教育科学研究的新领域。本文从社会、学校、教师个人三个纬度就国外教育学者对教师职业压力的研究进行了介绍和分析 。

Stress in the teaching profession is a new research field of educational sciences. Based on foreign educators' research into this field, this thesis analyes the manifestations and consequences of teacher stress, presents various sources of the stress and some recommendations for alleviating it, respectively in three aspects of the society, the school and the individual teacher. In the end, it probes into the necessity and urgency to study occupational stress among teachers in our country.
