摘要
以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、马来酸酐(MAN)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)为主要单体,以过硫酸钾为引发剂,在水溶液中合成了一种新型的聚羧酸系列水煤浆分散剂。自由基聚合反应的影响因素较多,实验采用正交设计对影响聚羧酸系水煤浆分散剂合成的因素进行了研究。通过正交设计确定其显著影响因素及最佳合成条件,即最佳条件:单体配比(n(TPEG)∶n(MAN))为1.0∶2.4,SMAS配比(n(TPEG)∶n(SMAS))为1∶0.32,引发剂质量分数为4%,反应时间40 min,温度为80℃,按此条件合成水煤浆分散剂制备的水煤浆黏度低,稳定性好。
Taking isoamyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (TPEG),maleic anhydride and sodium methylacrylsulfonate as main monomers, potassium persulfate as free radical initiator, water as solvent, synthesized a new polycarboxylate series disperant of the coal water slurry with a free radical polymerization. The radical polymerization reaction would be influenced by many factors. Analyse these factors by orthogonal design. The optimum conditions of synthetized dispersant is that, the ratio of isoamyl enol ethoxylates and maleic anhydride is 1.0:2. 4, the dosage of SMAN is 0. 32,the potassium persufate content of initiator is 4 percent, the reaction time is 40 minutes, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃. Under the best reaction condition, the coal water slurry has lower viscosity and better stability.
