摘要
基于双齿辊破碎机在煤炭洗选加工领域的大规模应用以及煤炭深加工走向精细化的发展形势,通过双齿辊破碎机破碎齿不同的安装结构、齿形结构及其布置方式所对应不同的破碎强度、制造难度、制造成本、使用寿命、检修维护方便度、处理能力、咬料能力、入料粒度、出料粒度、成块率、超粒率以及过粉碎率等各种性能指标的对比,表明科学合理的选择破碎齿安装结构、齿形结构及其布置方式,设计出针对性强、破碎筛分精度高、多方位多角度的满足各种用户使用要求,最大限度提高煤炭利用率,先进的双齿辊破碎机将极大的提高设备运行的可靠性、降低设备的制造成本、使用成本,延长设备的使用寿命,提高经济效益。
Due to large-scale application of double-geared roller crusher in coal washing and processing field, more and more intensive coal processing require proper tooth design, including installation structure, profile and arrangement. The design should take into full account actual crushing strength, manufacturing technologies and cost, service life, maintenance,processing capacity, grasping ability, top and lower size, blocking ratio, oversize ratio and the like. The results show that, scientific and reasonable tooth design is more pertinent and accurate, which can process coal effectively, meanwhile, lengthen service life of devices, decrease cost, improve economic benefits
