心复康治疗缓慢性心律失常40例临床观察

目的:观察心复康对缓慢性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为中药心复康治疗组、心宝对照组及西药对照组,于治疗前后予24h动态心电图检查,并比较结果。结果:心复康治疗组在提升心率、改善心律失常等总体疗效方面优于心宝对照组和西药对照组。结论:中药心复康治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the influence of Chinese medicine Xinfukang （XFK） on the patients with Bradycardiac arrhy- thimia （BA）. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with BA were divided into three groups randomly： XFK treatment group, XINBAO control group and western medicine control group. All the BA patients were tested for ambulatory electrocardiograph （AECG） before and after being treated for four weeks. The results were statisticsed at last. Results： The total effects of XFK group was im- proved comparing with control groups. XFK can increase average heart rate of BA patients obviously than control groups. Conclusions： XFK has evident curative effect on BA patients.
