胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病36例护理体会

目的:探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的护理方法及临床效果。方法:对2009年01月-2012年12月我院使用胰岛素泵进行强化治疗的36例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经胰岛素泵治疗及精心护理,患者在1-2周后血糖均能稳定控制在正常水平。结论:良好的护理措施有利于胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病患者血糖的稳定控制。

Objective： To explore the methods of nursing care and clinical effects of intensive insulin pump therapy in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： 01 2009 -2012 year in December my courtyard with insulin pump intensive clinical data of 2 patients with type 36 diabetes mellitus treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results： after insulin pump treatment and careful nursing, patients in 1 -2 weeks after the blood glucose levels were stable at a normal level of control. Conclusion： nursing measures have good stability control for intensive insulin pump treatment of blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
