摘要
目的:探讨厄贝沙坦对老年高血压患者脉压的影响。方法:选择1～2级老年高血压患者49例,给予厄贝沙坦80mg/天口服,共6个月。观察患者治疗前后脉压、收缩压、舒张压变化和药物的不良反应。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后患者的脉压缩小(P<0.001)、收缩压和舒张压明显下降(P<0.001),无明显不良反应。结论:厄贝沙坦能缩小老年高血压患者的PP,有效、安全降低血压,从而抗动脉粥样硬化。
Objective： To investigate the influences of irbesartan on Pulse Pressure （PP） in elderly patients with essential hyper- tensine. Methods： 48 elderly patients with essential hypertension were treated with irbesartan 80mg/d for 6 months. The PP were de- tected before and after treatment, as well as systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP）. The side effects of irbesartan were observed also. Results： After 6 months of treatment with irbesartan , the PP decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the SEP and DBP decreased significantly （P 〈0. 01 ）, and there were no side effects of irbesartan during treatment. Conclusion： irbesartan can decline PP in elderly patients with essential hypertension , lower blood pressure effectively.
