子宫动脉栓塞与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效情况。方法:分析我院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤患者200例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,子宫动脉栓塞组100例和子宫肌瘤剔除术组100例。结果:两组子宫肌瘤患者手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间、抗生素应用时间及住院天数均较理想,无明显差异。结论:子宫动脉栓塞与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效明显,预后较好,值得临床应用。
