Present Stage and Assumption of Medicine Inventory Management in Our Hospital

目的:分析我院药品库存管理现状,探索药品库存最佳管理模式,优化医院药库工作流程。方法:通过回顾性分析,前瞻性研究方法,对各种药品库存管理模式进行分析。选择最佳的库存管理模式。结果:采用ABC分类与批量库存、定期定货结合的综合管理模式,药品使用金额周转率为2.34,比原模式提高了2.44倍。结论:以ABC分类法与批量库存、定期定货相结合库存管理模式适合我院的药品库存管理。

Purpose： Analyze the present situation of medicine inventory management in our hospital, explore the best mode of medicine inventory management, optimize the medicine storeroom workflow. Methods： Through retrospective analysis and prospective studies method, analyze the various modes of medicine inventory management, choose the best one. Results ： Applied the combination mode of ABC classification, batches inventory, and regularly orders methods, the turnover ratio of medicine fund is 2. 34, raise 2. 44 times higher than the original mode. Conclusion ： The combination mode of ABC classification, batches inventory, and regularly orders methods is suitable for medicine in ventory management in our hospital.
