临床护理教学是护理教学的重要组成部分,而夜班带教是其中必不可少的一个环节,我科近年来对夜班带教进行了有益的探索,从夜班的实际问题出发,总结出一套较完善的教学形式--"夜班三部曲",取得了较好的教学效果。
