摘要
用弹性地基梁法解决金属压型板筒仓立筋的强度和稳定计算问题。在强度计算 中,用半无限长梁法得出立筋在侧向荷载作用下的内力计算公式。在稳定计算中.用 能量法给出临界承载力的近似表达式。
Metal silo is a kind of ideal. apparatus for containment of materials in state of grain or powder. It has excellent and comprehensive technical characteristics of light weight, high strength, artistic figure, fireproof, proof against rats and birds, durability, shockproof, easy and rapid installation. Up to now, there is not a design code provided for engineers. Specially, the design of the vertical bar steel is weaker, which is the main member of the metal silo. Major accidents in the metal silo are caused by the vertical bar steel fallen. Therefore, some simple and effective methods for sol-ing problems have to be provided for engineers. The clastic foundation method is applied for solving strength and stability problems of the vertical bar steel. For strength calculating, the formulae of the internal force, caused by the sideway load, are derived from the semi-infinite beam method. For stability calculating, the approximate expression of the critical load-bearing capacity is derived from the energy method. These methods are available for engineering design.
