摘要
非智力因素是智慧活动的动力系统。它本身是素质教育的重要组成部分 ,同时对个体其他素质的发展起了极其重要的作用。
No-intelligence factor is the generating system of intellgence activity.It is in itself an important component of the quality education.and it plays as well an important role in the development of other indioidual quality,Elementary education must take much greater effort to train the students' non-intelligence factor.
