IgA肾病的动脉病变 被引量：1

摘要 IgA肾病（IgA nephropathy,IgAN）也叫Berger氏病,自从1969年Berger和Hinglais首次报道以来,人们对其进行了广泛的研究。目前IgA肾病已成为世界范围内最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,约占全部肾活检病例的10%-40%（我国约为30%）,原发性肾小球疾病的20%-50%（我国约为45%）。近年来随着对缺血性肾脏病研究,许多学者对IgA肾病动脉病变日趋重视。Meyrier等报道许多IgA肾病患者在无高血压或在高血压出现之前己有肾内动脉病变,
