外科手术用防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注法预防妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Surgical Anti-adhesion Flushing Fluid by Pelvic Perfusion in Preventing the Adhesion after Pelvic and Abdominal Operation in Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics

目的探讨外科手术用防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注法预防妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连的效果。方法选取2010年6月至2012年7月于妇产科进行腹盆腔手术治疗的108例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(常规治疗加防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注组)每组各54例,后将两组患者的粘连发生率、术后排气时间、切口愈合时间及甲级愈合率、阵发性腹痛发生率进行比较。结果观察组的粘连发生率及阵发性腹痛发生率均低于对照组,术后排气时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,甲级愈合率高于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论外科手术用防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注法预防妇产科腹盆腔手术术后粘连的效果较佳。

Objective To study the effect of surgical anti-adhesion flushing fluid by pelvic perfusion in preventing the adhesion after pelvic and abdominal operation in department of gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods 108 patients with pelvic and abdominal operation in department of gynaecology and obstetrics from June 2010 to July 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomLy divided into control group （routine treatment group） and observation group （routine treatment and anti-adhesion flushing fluid by pelvic perfusion group） with 54 cases in each group, then the adhesion rate, postoperative exhaust time, wound healing time and grade A healing rate, paroxysmal abdominal pain rate of two groups were compared.Results The adhesion rate and paroxysmal abdominal pain rate of observation group were lower than those of control group, , postoperative exhaust time and wound healing time were shorter than those of control group, wound grade A healing rate was higher than that of control group, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect of surgical anti-adhesion flushing fluid by pelvic perfusion in preventing the adhesion after pelvic and abdominal operation in department of gynaecology and obstetrics is better.
