中西医结合治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

目的分析股骨粗隆间骨折中西医结合治疗方法的临床疗效。方法按照入组的先后顺序随机分为两组各30例,股骨粗隆间骨折分为稳定性骨折和不稳定性骨折,分别选用DHS和股骨近端锁定钢板手术方式治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合中药辨证治疗,随访观察治疗后治疗效果。结果患者术后切口均一期愈合,所有患者获得随访,随访时间为3～18个月,平均为13.5个月;所有患者骨折均愈合;治疗组治疗6个月、12个月后优良率与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),其优良率均优越于对照组。结论股骨粗隆间骨折应尽早的选择手术行内固定手术方式治疗,同时结合中医的辨证治疗,能有效的减少术后并发症,患者功能恢复,以及其优良率具有明显的优势。
