Chevron截骨术治疗足踇外翻60例疗效分析

To Study the Clinical Effect of Chevron Osteotomy for Treatment of Hallux Valgus

目的研究Chevron截骨术治疗踇外翻的临床疗效。方法对60例踇外翻的患者使用Chevron截骨术纠正其畸形。患者在手术前后均拍摄X线片,对效果进行比较,并通过AOFAS评分来评价足部的功能恢复情况。结果经过随访,所有患者的截骨面均良性愈合,无缺血坏死、感染等并发症,功能恢复良好。各类评价标准在术前术后的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Chevron截骨术治疗踇外翻的疗效令人满意,值得广泛应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chevron osteotomy for hallux valgus. Methods 60 patients were treated by Chevron osteotomy for treatment of hallux valgus. The patients were X-ray taken before and after the surgery, and evaluate the results by AOFAS. Results After a follow-up, all patients osteotomy surface healed well. They didn＇t have infection and other complications. Before and after the surgery, the various evaluation indexes were significant differences （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The effect of the Chevron osteotomy for the hallux valgus is very good, it is worthy of Application.
