孟鲁司特钠佐治儿童毛细支气管炎的疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察口服孟鲁司特钠结合常规治疗方法儿童毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2011年1月至2012年9月间收治的100例儿童毛细支气管炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组除采用常规治疗方法外,加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。观察两组患儿的治疗效果,并对其进行统计学分析。结果所有患者均顺利完成治疗,治疗组的有效率(88.0%)高于对照组的有效率(96.0%),其差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童毛细支气管炎的患者在常规治疗方法的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠,临床疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。
