摘要
铸件/铸型传热系统的铸型吸热能力的准确计算是十分重要的。采用数值计算方法分析了网格间距及时间步长对铸型吸热能力计算时计算误差的影响。在此基础之上,建立了铸型的自适应网格剖分原则及程序实现方法。计算结果表明,采用自适应网格剖分方法是必要的,它保证了计算精度及提高了计算效率。
The numerical simulation process of heat flow from castings, to moulds is anaslysed to determine the effect of mesh sizcs and time steps on, the numerical accuracy. An adaptive grid generation technique for calculation of heat flow in moulds is proposed. It is found that the accuracy of calculation for heat flow in moulds is affected intensely by mesh sizes and time steps, and it is necessary for the use of the adaptive grid generation technique during the calculation to provide satisfactory accuracy.
