摘要
全仿真微型烧结法具有能精确模拟烧结各阶段温度和气氛的特点,同时可避免冷料阶段和取样不均等问题;其烧结产物与烧结杯实验产物对比,二者的微观结构基本一致,主要矿物相和主要粘结相也相同。因此,可用其代替烧结杯实验进行烧结研究。
A full simulation mini-sintering method has the characteristics of accurately simulating the temperature and atmosphere at each stage and avoiding material cooling stage and non-uniform sampling; Compared with the product of sintering pot test, the sintering product of this method has the same basic micro-structure, the main mineral phase and the main bonding phase are also the same, therefore, this method can be used to replace the sintering pot test to study sintering.
