浅谈棒条筛在烧结厂整粒系统设计中的应用

Application of Bar Screen in Design of Sintering Plant Sizing System

分析了棒条筛的筛分特性,并将其与普通振动筛用于集中筛分室在综合性能指标等方面进行了对比。棒条筛具有结构简单、处理量大、筛孔不易堵塞、工程综合造价低等优点,使用棒条筛对烧结矿进行分级比使用普通振动筛具有较大优势。

The screening characteristics of the bar screen were analyzed and it was compared with the normal vibrating screen in central screening house in terms of comprehensive performance indexes. The bar screen has such advantages as simple structure, large treatment capacity, uneasy blockage of the screen holes and low comprehensive engineering cost, using the grizzly bars to classify the sinter is much more advantageous than using the normal vibrating screen.
