摘要 用Falex试验机评价磷酸芳胺(V692)、亚磷酸二正丁酯(T304)、磷酸三甲酚酯(T306)、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八铵盐(T308)和有机磷酸甲酯铵盐(P1)5种含磷摩擦改进剂在聚α-烯烃中的摩擦学性能及其与硫化异丁烯(T321)的抗磨协同作用,探讨硫化异丁烯(T321)与有机磷酸甲酯铵盐(P1)的协同作用机制。结果显示,T304、T306、T308和P1都具有良好的抗磨性能,但其极压性能均较差,当硫化异丁烯与5种含磷添加剂复配后,均表现出不同程度的极压抗磨协同效应,其中P1与T321的协同效果良好,尤其是复配浓度达到最佳时,协同效果更好。 The tribological properties of several P-containing friction modifiers in PAO were evaluated by a Falex tester, including aromatic amine phosphate ( V692 ), dibutyl phosphate ( T304), tricrecyl phosphate ( I306), octadecyamine of a- cidity isooctyl-phosphite(T308) and ammonium salt of organophosphorus acid methyl ester( P1 ) , as well as to the anti- wear synergistic effect between sulfurized isobutylene( T321 ) and P1. The synergic mechanism of T321 and P1 was dis- cussed and analyzed. The results show that 3304, T306, T308 and P1 all have good antiwear properties, but with poor ex- treme pressure properties. The combination of five P-containing friction modifiers with 3321 shows varied synergistic anti- wear and extreme pressure effect, and good synergistic effectis obtained for the combination of P1 with 3321, especially in the optimized compound concentration, the effect is better.
