摘要
通过选用和复配不同类型的合成基础油,筛选高效蜗轮蜗杆油所用的极压抗磨剂、高温抗氧剂、油性润滑剂和防锈防腐剂等添加剂,并调配和平衡各添加剂的用量,成功开发出一种高性能合成蜗轮蜗杆油。利用四球摩擦磨损试验机对其进行极压性能和高温抗磨性能评价,借助蜗轮蜗杆油台架试验机对其进行温升和效率评价。结果表明,研制的蜗轮蜗杆油具有良好的极压性能和高温抗磨性能,能够有效降低减速机油箱温升,提高传动效率,性能与进口知名品牌相当。
Through the selection and combination of different types of synthetic base oil, the selection of high efficiency worm gear oil additives including high temperature extreme pressure and anti-wear agents, antioxidants, oily lubricant and antirust and preservative, and leveling and balancing the additive dosage, a high performance synthetic worm gear oils was developed. The extreme pressure and high temperature wear-resistant performances were evaluated by the four-ball wear test machine, and the temperature rise and efficiency were evaluated by the worm gear oil testing machine. The experimen- tal results show that the developed oil has good extreme pressure and high temperature wear-resistant performances, it can effectively reduce the temperature rise of deceleration fuel tank, and improve the transmission efficiency.
