摘要
笔者介绍了弹簧触头及相邻组件设计失误时,会导致种种损坏弹簧触头的现象,提出了预防损坏的设计措施,如避免弹簧触头工作时产生并圈、插入件端头应有良好的导向设计以及弹簧触头与其相邻部件在开关操作时不应发生勾拉挤压等破坏弹簧触头的现象等。这些措施对弹簧触头的正确设计与使用有指导作用。
This article is to introduce all kinds of phenomenon of spring contact damage when spring contact and neighbouring parts are incorrect designed, and to give preventive design method of spring contact damage which will guide to correct design and use spring contact. For instance,to avoid contact of two neighbouring rings of spring contact,especially in working condition,plug-in tip should have good guiding design. The deformation of spring contact and its neighbouring part should not oecurr during work condition.
