绿色经济中基于可持续发展能力的领导干部评价——以四川省遂宁市为例 被引量:1

摘要 本文从5个方面分析了绿色经济中领导干部所应具备的可持续发展能力。鉴于主客观环境的影响,提出了基于区间数和信息熵的领导干部评价方法。首先,考核成员使用合适的区间数来表征评估对象的偏好信息,通过集结成员的相对重要度以得到评估对象的综合评价矩阵;其次,引入信息熵的概念,计算各项关键能力的权重,据此得到各位评估对象的综合评估值;最后,根据综合评估值,对评估对象进行排序。通过对遂宁市规划局领导干部的评价实例,验证了本文所提方法的可行性和有效性。
