摘要 自控式无锅炉冷、热风循环一体化烘(风)干技术是一种针对大型淡水鱼类设计的新型烘(风)干工艺,主要阐述了冷热循环烘(风)干原理和特性,介绍了其在大型淡水鱼烘(风)干过程中的应用,展望了该技术在淡水鱼加工领域广阔的应用前景。 In the light of large freshwater fish, Drying (wind) technique without boiler and automati- cally hot and cold wind cycle was designed, and it was a new type of drying (wind) process. The princi- ple and features of hot and cold cycle drying (wind), and its application in large freshwater fish drying were mainly elaborated in this article, a broad application prospect in the field of freshwater fish processing was proposed.
