摘要
阐述了西部农业发展现状及亟待解决的 10项农业科技问题 ;提出在坚持保护生态、恢复生态环境的前提下发展农业等 7项开发原则 ;5a内示范推广 10项综合新技术、建设 10个区域化规模化优质高效农产品生产基地、抓好 10个科技综合示范县的“三个十工程” ;提出了 5a内为西部的农业管理、科技部门培养 10 0名研究生等人才培养工程。
This paper expounded the present situation of the west China′s agricultural development and ten problems in agricultural science and technology need to be resolved immediately, proposed seven developmental principals in development of agriculture on the prerequisite of conserving and renewing ecotope. In addition, the author also put forward some proposals of demonstrating and popularizing ten comprehensive new techniques in the future five years, constructing ten regional and large scale production base of high quality and efficient agriculture products, getting hold of the 'Three ten Projects' of ten comprehensive demonstration counties in science and technology. The project of culturing one hundred graduate students for the departments of agricultural management and science and technology in west China is advanced.
