Composite is the important development direction of material science, as a new material, composite materials have become one of main materials in twenty-first century, its development and application have greatly promoted the development of the aerospace industry. This article mainly elab- orated the research focus of composite materials in recent years, introduced the status of the composite materials in aerospace applications, and forecast the future development trend of the composite materi- als are discussed.
