摘要
聚对二甲苯是一种高分子涂层材料,由[2,2]-对二甲苯环二体在真空下热解并气相沉积聚合制备而成的,所以单体[2,2]-对二甲苯环二体的合成对聚对二甲苯的制备及应用具有重要的作用,作者讨论了单体[2,2]-对二甲苯环二体的合成方法。为降低产品价格,简化工艺过程,主要集中讨论霍夫曼消除反应。
Poly-p-xylene is polymerized by [-2,2]-paracyclophane,which is decomposed and deposited by vapor phase in vacuum. Therefore, the synthesis of the [2,2]-paraeyclophane is very important for the preparation and application of poly-p-xylene. In this paper,the synthetic method of [2,2]-paracy- clophane has been discussed. In order to reduce the production cost and facilitate procedure, the re- search mainly discusses Hoffmann elimination reaction.
