CT引导下射频热凝联合腰椎硬膜外腔灌注治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘要 目的分析应用射频热凝联合腰椎硬膜外灌注治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效及对患者血浆β-内啡肽的影响。方法 122例LDH患者随机分为2组,R组行射频热凝联合硬膜外腔灌注治疗,E组行单纯腰椎硬膜外灌注治疗。治疗前后进行VAS评分,观察近、中期疗效及不良反应。每组随机取7例患者检测治疗前后血浆β-内啡肽含量,并与健康人对照。结果 2组患者治疗后VAS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P均<0.01)。治疗后R组优良率明显高于E组(P<0.05)。2组患者均无严重不良反应发生。2组患者治疗前血浆β-内啡肽含量均明显低于健康人,治疗后升高,至第16天与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下射频热凝联合腰椎硬膜外腔灌注治疗LDH,治疗后血浆β-内啡肽含量有升高趋势,近中期疗效确切,安全性高。
