温水坐浴联合中西药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察温水坐浴联合前列舒通、盐酸坦洛新治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将216例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者随机分为2组,实验组112例予以温水坐浴联合口服前列舒通、盐酸坦洛新治疗,对照组104例单纯给予口服前列舒通及盐酸坦洛新治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状(NIH-CPSI)评分和临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分均显著改善(P均<0.05),且2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论温水坐浴联合前列舒通、盐酸坦洛新治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎具有较好的疗效。
