ROUX-en-Y吻合与毕Ⅱ式吻合对远端胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究Roux-en-Y吻合重建与毕Ⅱ式吻合重建对2型糖尿病远端胃癌患者血糖的影响。方法将2型糖尿病远端胃癌患者行Roux-en-Y吻合重建的13例作为Roux-en-Y组,行毕Ⅱ式吻合重建的12例作为毕Ⅱ式组,观察比较2组患者手术前后空腹血糖变化。结果 2组患者术后1个月、3个月、6个月空腹血糖与术前比较均明显降低(P均<0.05),Roux-en-Y组降低更明显。结论 Roux-en-Y吻合重建与毕Ⅱ式吻合重建均能够降低远端胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者的血糖,但以Roux-en-Y吻合重建手术效果较为显著。
