摘要
针对自然灾害应急物流系统中的车辆路线安排方案优化问题,本文从公有应急物流资源与私有应急物流资源配置与协调管理的角度出发,建立了突发事件应急情况下单一救援物资运输的车辆路线安排问题(VRP)模型,并提出了一种运用特定技术的改进遗传算法,算例分析表明该模型和算法可以有效解决大规模自然灾害应急物流系统中的救援车辆路线安排方案优化问题,能为有关部门提供决策依据。
For optimized vehicle routing problem of emergency logistics in the natural disaster,a transportation model of single rescue materials for vehicle routing problem based on public and private resource integration was developed,and a kind of improved genetic algorithm with a special techno-coding scheme was proposed.The results of a numerical example show that the proposed model and algorithm can resolve vehicle routing problem efficiently in massive disaster,and it can help the emergency management department provide assistant decision-making.
