摘要
本文运用数据包络分析法(DEA),测度了2000-2010年我国旅游产业效率,并利用基尼系数和泰尔指数等指标,从省际和区际层面测量了我国旅游产业效率区域差异。结果显示我国旅游产业效率整体水平较低,但旅游产业效率区域差异不大;旅游产业效率及区域差异都呈现了明显的两阶段特征,以2003年为转折点,2003年之后各地区旅游产业效率均有了一定程度的提高;与此同时,旅游产业效率区域差异开始收敛,旅游产业效率区域内差异是旅游产业效率区域总差异的主要原因。
The tourism industrial efficiency from 2000 to 2010 of our country is measured in the thesis by data envelopment analysis,then Gini coefficient and Theil index are used to measure the regional difference of the tourism industrial efficiency from the perspective of provincial and regional level.The results show that: the tourism industrial efficiency of our country is comparative low,but the regional difference of the tourism industrial efficiency is small;the tourism industrial efficiency and its difference have obvious features that both consist of two stages,the year of 2003 is a turning point,the tourism industrial efficiency of each province has been improved somehow after 2003;meanwhile,the regional difference of the tourism industrial efficiency begins to converge,the internal difference of the tourism industrial efficiency is the main reason that causes the total difference of the tourism industrial efficiency.
