Lewis Turning Point: A Literature Review

通过对刘易斯转折点理论与测度方法的研究,本文剖析了其争论产生的实质,认为中国的刘易斯转折点争论形成的根源具有特殊性,只有追溯刘易斯转折点本源,厘清刘易斯第一转折点(短缺点)和第二转折点(商业化点),并根植于中国二元经济转型背景,对模型的假设条件和设定形式给予适当修正,还原研究对象的本质特征,才能建立合理的、准确的刘易斯转折点的判断标准。

According to the theory and measure method about Lewis turning point, the paper analyzed the reasons and the distinctiveness of argument. ＇]＇he paper pointed that root cause of the formation of the China~ Lewis turning point ar- gument has particularity. Therefore, only tracing back to the source of Lewis turning point and clarifying Lewis~ first turning poini （short disadvantages） and the second turning points （commercial point）, and amending appropriately the assumptions and the forms of the model to restore the essential features of research object by rooting in Chinese dual eco- nomic transformation background, can we establish the reasonable and accurate judgment standard of Lewis turning point.
