The Status and Trends of Private Equity Investment in Chinese System Environment

本文通过历史研究方法,对中国私募股权投资市场的发展历史、现状以及特点进行分析,并运用规范性分析研究未来私募股权投资整体行业的发展趋势,提出了私募股权投资在政策法规、行业发展和产品创新等方面的建议。私募股权投资在面临行业和法律政策调整的背景下,可以加强与政府合作,从募、投、管、退各个环节提升服务质量以及产品和业务的创新,进而实现行业可持续发展。

Through historical research methods, this paper analyzes the history, current situation, as well as the characteristics of the development of China＇s private equity market. Based on normative analysis, the paper studies the future trend of the development of the private equity industry as a whole. The paper presents the recommendations of the private equity investment policies and regulations, the development of the industry, product innovation. Private equity investment in the context of the face of industry and legal policy adjustments, can strengthen the cooperation with the government, and from the raised, investment, management and exit each link to enhance the quality of service as well as product and busi- ness innovation, so as to realize the sustainable development of the industry.
